Senior Sales Development Representative - San Francisco / Hybrid

You Will:
Build and nurture relationships with potential customers while representing HIST
Conduct research to identify potential customers and collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategies.
Generate interest through cold calling, social media outreach, and email prospecting to schedule meetings.
Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile.
Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and connect them with our sales team.
Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline activity.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in sales/business development or equivalent field
Bonus: Up to 1 year of experience in medical sales/business development
Background knowledge in biotech, medicine, or pharmaceuticals
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and precisely
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
Creative and persistent approach to reaching potential customers
Strong team player comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for biotech and current developments in medicine
Interest in learning about complex technical products

Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:
US employees in San Francisco Bay Area: $97,000 - $125,000USD
